Yes, I’m going to type out how I’m feeling at the end of each day. Sorry, but I need to remember these things, I want to see how I progress.
Today, on a scale of 1 to 10, I feel like a 5. My body is sore, I’m depressed and I upset myself over something earlier and it’s sticking with me despite talking to Matt about it. Plus, I’m hungry but there’s no real food here that I want.
I hate being lonely.
