Amy and I had a fabulous day today. We spent the whole day out and about and got many things crossed off of my 101 things list. Since this post will be a big one, I’ll make it nice and organized with the pictures from today! Yay, pictures!

We rode the bus to Superstore, where Amy and Abby had their pictures taken. They looked adorable! I can’t wait to get a picture! After that, we went downtown. First, we went to the Public Gardens.

A nice old lady stopped me to tell me to take pictures of a certain flower.

So, we did.

It was a gorgeous flower.

After this, we went to Pete’s Frootique. No pictures, because I was far too busy eating my yummy Chicken Parmesan Panini. After this, we walked around a bit and came to Freak Lunchbox, where we wandered around and looked at the candy. Amy bought some. I ate a bit of hers.

We made friends with an alien.

We also discovered that I am, in fact, taller than an Oompa-Loompa.

Then, we headed down to the waterfront.

We “met” Theodore Tugboat.

We decided that acting like tourists would be fun, so we went into a gift shop place and tried on funny yellow hats.

It started raining, so we hopped on the bus and went to the Halifax Shopping Centre and walked around a bit. I went into La Senza and bought myself a pretty piece of lingerie, and went to Claire’s and bought some jewelry. No pictures of those, for obvious reasons. I managed to misplace my purse during the shopping trip, but what’s a day spent without Angela losing something important, right?
