Ho hum.

Less bored today, but only slightly. After Matt got off work (I’m already loving this new regular schedule thing), we spent a couple hours here and then went to Lawtons and Walmart. I had to mail off a few things and Matt needed some new pants for work and we needed a few little things between us. It was nice knowing that we had so much time after he got off work - I seem to lose track of time so quickly now that I’m not working. It’s frustrating. I’ve forgotten what it’s like to have a day drag on and on. Isn’t that weird? It’s some sort of housewife time warp thing.

I reinstalled GuildWars tonight. No clue why. Just felt like it, I guess. I still haven’t gotten the hang of the damn game. The camera drives me insane, though, I know that much. It’s too “swingy” - it keeps going when you rotate and it… I don’t know. It’s hard to explain. Anyone have any tips for me though? I’d sure like some!

Tomorrow is my cleaning day. I still haven’t put away my laundry from yesterday, and I have a bunch more things to do. Nothing too serious, but enough to keep me busy until Hyjal tomorrow night.

  • Laundry away
  • Bed made
  • Clean my desk
  • Clean Matt’s desk
  • Take out bedroom trash
  • Take any dishes out of the bedroom
  • Clean up closet - it’s a disaster from Matt looking for his racing wheel
  • Clean up the floor, put away all the junk on there
  • Vacuum

Since I’ve been at this point in the blog writing process (seriously, this very sentence) for over an hour now, I’m going to leave you with this, showing how I celebrated Matt starting his new job today. Congratulations honey, I love you!
Congratulations!

Care for a bit of randomness?
Posted on May 13th, 2007 @ 5:46 pm

I’m feeling random today. I’ve just done so much today that has nothing to do with anything else I’ve done today. It’s fun that way, I guess.

I played the Sims 2 for a while. I’ve got Nightlife installed again. It’s still crashed a few times, but nowhere near as much as it was crashing before. I’ve got my new Legacy family started, as well as a different challenge, just for fun. I gave up when it crashed, though.

After that, I played Evil Genius for a tiny while. I’m at a slow part in the game right now so my patience with it is pretty thin.

I logged into Eve long enough to change my skill, but didn’t feel like doing anything else.

Then, I played Guild Wars for a few minutes. I leveled up and then decided I was tired of playing that already. What can I say, I’m impatient today.

I watched Life After Tomorrow, a documentary that’s On Demand right now. It’s about women who played in “Annie” when they were younger. It was very interesting to watch. I liked it, actually! Sarah Jessica Parker was in it.

Speaking of Sarah Jessica Parker, I’ve seen a lot of threads with people talking about their favourite outfit of Carrie’s, but nobody ever mentions mine, which I find absolutely baffling! So I thought I’d throw it out here for people to see. It’s from Season 4, Episode 12: Just Say Yes.

What’s going on?
Posted on May 4th, 2007 @ 8:33 pm

I’m so tired. I slept all night, straight through the night, and yet I’m exhausted. I started getting tired around four. I don’t know what’s going on!

I tried Guild Wars today. It’s pretty good, but I’ll have to try it some more in order to form a complete opinion. More to come on that, if I can stay awake through tomorrow enough to play it.

In other news, my World of Warcraft account is active for two months. I think I’ll be making a different character on a different server, but I haven’t decided what kind of character yet. More on that later, as well.

For now, it’s time to sleep.
