Some good advice!Posted on August 14th, 2007 @ 2:29 pm
I was Stumbling and came across an article titled 16 ways to eat healthy while keeping it cheap. This article was fantastic! I’ve been having a hard time deciding what to buy, and how much things are worth, and this article was very clear about what healthy food is, and why it’s healthy!
If you have trouble with this like I did, go check it out!

Is that not the cutest salt and pepper shaker set ever? I want it!
It’s from Design My World.
I stumbled upon this site tonight, and after finding that, I decided to look around a bit more. A few things that I found that totally rock are:
I just love funky little things like this!

Wow!
An interesting surprise.Posted on August 7th, 2007 @ 8:48 pm
I just went to check my email, and discovered that I have a complimentary 3-month Gold membership for Extrapounds.com. No catch, no reason… just… free!
I’m so bad about weight loss, though. I wonder if I should even bother. I can’t decide if I want it or if I’m too lazy to care, y’know?

What an odd thought.Posted on August 6th, 2007 @ 11:12 pm
What’s the worst possible thing you can call a woman?
Don’t hold back now. You’re probably thinking of words like slut, whore, bitch, cunt (I told you not to hold back!), skank.
Okay, now what are the worst things you can call a guy? Fag, girl, bitch, pussy.
I’ve even heard the term “mangina.”
Notice anything? The worst thing you can call a girl is a girl. The worst thing you can call a guy is a girl. Being a woman is the ultimate insult. Now tell me that’s not royally fucked up.
That was the opening idea for this article that I stumbled upon tonight. It’s such a weird thought, though. What’s so wrong with being a female?
What are your thoughts on this?

WTF?
New Theme at W-U.net!Posted on July 3rd, 2007 @ 12:12 pm
My new theme rocks. It’s a totally different style than the last one, but I love it! What do you think? There’s still some work to be done behind the scenes, but for the most part, it’s set.
Yesterday, as I posted, was an awesome day. I was exhausted, so I didn’t really elaborate on much of anything, but I can now!
Katie and I went swimming, like I said. We went to a different lake than last time, and it was raining and cold out, but we were determined to have some fun and swim anyway. It was nice because there weren’t many people there.
Before we went to the lake, we went to Sobeys so I could pick up a couple things for dinner. I made tacos. I’ve been on a tacos/quesadillas/fajitas/enchiladas kick lately. Basically Mexican food, really. It was delicious, though. A big thing about the trip to Sobeys, though, is that I went out in public with a tank top and a skirt on. No jacket covering up half my body, no baggy pants to hide my stomach. Just a tank top and a skirt. I felt very happy with myself for doing this and not freaking out.
Also, I want to share a song that Matt introduced me to. It’s fantastic! It’s Tiësto with Christian Burns and it’s called In the Dark. Go watch that video. It’ll be stuck in your head for days!
