I’m exhausted. I have been going to bed lately at 10am or so and getting up when Matt gets home at 5:30 or 6:00. Today, however, when Matt went to work, I went upstairs, took a long bath, shaved my legs, gave myself a facial, then took a shower and put on clothes that weren’t PJs. I intended to go for a walk but didn’t feel like it. I made myself half a sandwich (Yum, yum!) and asked Katie if she wanted to do anything. She picked me up, we went to the mall and walked around, went and got my hair cut and dyed her hair.

My hair is awesome, I’ll have to take pictures of it eventually.

I fell asleep on Katie’s couch while watching a movie and waiting for her highlights to set in, and she woke me up a while later to take me home. I’m trying to stay awake until Matt gets home. He’s working until midnight tonight. I want to spend every minute that I can with him before Sunday. I’m very unprepared for him to go away and leave me here but I know it’s something he has to do and I’m so proud of him for his new job.
