Today was okay. I’m feeling better than I was yesterday. I didn’t get to talk to Matt much. I miss him like crazy.

My paper chain is getting shorter, which makes me happy. I keep looking at it and thinking it’s going by rather quickly. I just hope it keeps it up - if it does, he’ll be here before I know it!

Like I said in my last entry, I’ve been watching Sex and the City all day. I love this show! Anyway, I find it terribly amusing that in Season 5, Episode 1 (Anchors Away), you can see Chandra Wilson from Grey’s Anatomy as a police officer.

And just to enforce why I love these two shows oh so much, here is one quote from each of them. Just because I can.

Callie: Uh, you know those cartoons where there’s a bear or whatever and it’s starving? And it looks at a table and the table turns into this delicious cooked turkey with, like, lines of deliciousness coming off it…
Addison: I was not looking at him like that, because he is the help, and I am not going to be sleeping with the help.
Callie: I married the help.
Addison: What?
Callie: We went to Vegas. My idea. I embrace the trashy.
Addison: That’s — not that I’m not happy for you. But why - married - so fast?
Callie: You know those cartoons where there’s a bear, and it’s starving, and it looks at a cute intern…
Addison: Well, congratulations.
Callie: Thank you.

This is going by fairly quickly. I’m still sick, unfortunately. I slept in until 1:00 in the afternoon and drank a bunch of tea. I’ve been watching Sex and the City, which I love, and just relaxing. Right now I’m playing Eve. It’s probably well past my bedtime but being sick screws with my sleep schedule, so I’m wide awake. I tried very hard to talk all night and so my voice is toast. But being on web cam with Stacy was fun!

I can not wait until Matt gets home. The day keeps getting closer and closer and I’m craving snuggles and hugs and kisses and… you get the idea. I hope this next week and a half flies by!
