I'm Ang.

I'm a 23-year-old married woman who followed her heart (and her husband!) to Nova Scotia, where I'm currently a housewife, planning my future. I'm a huge computer nerd, especially when it comes to video games. I'm a fan of lists and spend a lot of time making them, even if they have no purpose at all. Want to know more?

Let’s try this again, shall we?

I emptied out my downloads folder for the Sims 2, and now I’m re-downloading a bunch of stuff. I’ve decided to give this Legacy family yet another try, if only to check off the item on my 101 things list. May as well, right?

So, I’m on the lookout for quality custom content. Know of any sites? List them here!

Just because I like lists.

Things I love:
- My husband.
- Mew Mew.
- Fun trips with good friends.
- Other good friends.
- Free game demos to pass the time.
- Banana bread.

Things I don’t love so much:
- Movies with awful endings.
- Mean guys on motorcycles.
- Being cold and tired.
- Craving food that’s bad for me when I’m trying to eat healthier.

Hm, overall, there are more things I love than don’t love! Would you look at that? Yay!

Mini Road Trip!

I took a mini road trip with Amy today. It was so much fun! We went to the beach, and took lots of pictures.

After we went to the beach and stayed there for a few hours, we went to a gas station to get some banana bread from the Bluecanoe store (Why is it all one word? That bothers me!) - it’s the most fantastic banana bread other than homemade, and it even rivals that. We snuck it into a Starbucks, where we had nonfat Chai Tea Lattes (yay, watching what we - or at least I - eat!) and then we drove home.

We listened to 90s rock music all the way there and back, and all together it made for a fantastic day! So go! Look at the pictures!

I can have dessert tonight!

I woke up late, so I didn’t eat breakfast early like I intended to. But I ate it when I got up, and had myself a plum when I got hungry again, and now I’m eating dinner! And dinner’s an interesting new recipe, but I quite like it!

Day 1: A success!

My dinner plan for tonight was a fairly simple one, but it was delicious, so I’m going to share it with you!

Turkey Roll-ups:
Tortillas
2 slices deli roast turkey breast
Romaine lettuce leaves (I used spinach)
Tomato slices
Thin slices of onion
Mustard or hot peppers

…roll them up. We put salt and pepper on ours, too. They were delicious!

For dessert, I had vanilla yogurt and mandarin orange segments. I’ve never been a big fan of yogurt, but I decided to give it a try, and I’ll get used to it.

Today’s goals are to record everything that I eat, and to follow my meal plan.
