Yayyyy!

I’m in such a great mood. I went to the gym yet again today, which is awesome. That’s twice in a week, going for three on Friday. This means I’m actually following what I’ve been trying to get back on track to do for the past who knows how long. I’m just going to keep up my streak and keep with it, because it feels better that way!

For the sake of documenting it, today I did:

  • Stationary Bike (warm-up) - 10 minutes, level 3.
  • Lower Back - 12 reps, 80 lbs.
  • Leg Extension - 9 reps, 45 lbs.
  • Leg Curl - 12 reps, 55 lbs.
  • Leg Press - 12 reps, 55 lbs.
  • Seated Row - 4 reps, 45 lbs. (I know this really doesn’t seem like much, but 45 pounds is a lot heavier than it sounds!)
  • Chest Press - 6 reps, 25 lbs.
  • Shoulder Lateral Raise - 10 reps, 15 lbs.
  • Bicep - 8 reps, 25 lbs.
  • Ball Crunches - 12

The only thing I didn’t get to doing is the tricep machine, because there were people on it every time I went to go. I didn’t want to wait around forever for the one machine and I didn’t want to hover over the person that was on it waiting, so I just gave up and went home. All in all, I did pretty well. Improvement at every machine! At this rate I’ll be fit in no time, right? Haha. Wishful thinking.

The real big news of the day (well, of last night/early this morning) is that I now have a Flickr Pro account! Matt surprised me with it last night. I’ve been getting more and more of an interest in photography, and this will help quite a bit. I’ll be able to upload more and organize more (yayyyy) and it’s just awesome. So yay! :D
