My iPod in a different light

Whoops. I got to the gym at 6:25, only to find out the BodyFlow class I wanted to go to today started at 5:30. Whoopsie. However, I got a great workout in anyway!

  • Treadmill - 20 minutes, 3.0 speed (1 mile!)
  • Lower Back - 12 reps, 90 lbs.
  • Leg Extension - 6 reps, 50 lbs.
  • Leg Curl - 12 reps, 60 lbs.
  • Leg Press/Squat - 12 reps, 70 lbs.
  • Seated Row - 12 reps, 45 lbs.
  • Chest Press - 6 reps, 30 lbs.
  • Shoulder Lateral Raise - 6 reps, 20 lbs.
  • Bicep - 12 reps, 25 lbs.
  • Tricep - 12 reps, 25 lbs.
  • 12 crunches (on the ball)

An awesome workout. I felt so accomplished afterward!

I bought some new headphones today, too. My old ones were falling apart! I use them all the time, so it’s not a HUGE shock, but it still wasn’t good. I had to tape them up so the wires weren’t exposed, and it still didn’t work! So I got some nice (seemingly) heavy-duty ones today.
